childhood favorites, Ben Grimm, a.k.a. The Thing, in two very successful Fantastic Four movies for Fox and Marvel Studios. As much as I hated that costume, I'm glad I got to play big old Ben and I had a wonderful time with the cast of those films and yes, we remain friends to this day.

When The Shield ended, the financial crisis began and I have spent the last several years working on a number of different projects with varying levels of success... and failure.

As an actor, I went right from the set of The Shield onto the set of Eagle Eye with Shia LaBeouf and Michelle Monaghan. The film was a big success and I got to shoot some scenes in the Pentagon in D.C. which was both exciting and fascinating. Again, more stories for a book down the road.
